General conditions for car hire
The cars are rented and returned to a place determined by you Varna airport, St. Constantine and Helena, Golden sands - free
Albena, Balchik -10 euros.
Bourgas Airport - 60 euros.
Sofia Airport - 120 euros.
The cars for rent are received and returned with a full tank.
There is no restriction in the kilometers passed.
Minimal age - 23 years.
Equipment of the vehicle:
All vehicles are equipped with the following: a CD radio, a spare tire, a jackscrew, a spanner, a first-aid kit, a fire-extinguisher and reflective triangle - at your request we can include chains for snow or a ski grid.
Payment:
Payment for hire can be made:
- in the UK (ask for details)
- by cash (in euros, GBP or leva.)
- by credit card on commencement of the hire for which a 4% card company supplement will be added !!!
Deposit:
200 or 400 leva is depending of the vehicle.
The deposit MUST be paid at the start of the hire by credit card(no charges).
Any damage or fuel shortfall advised at the end of hire can be settled by cash at the time or deducted from the deposit refund as required.
The deposit will be refunded directly back to the card used within 25 days of the end of hire. Any fixed penalty traffic fines being the responsibility of the hirer due to the use of the vehicle, should they apply, will be deducted from the deposit refund.
Copies of the relevant documents for any traffic violations will be emailed to you.
The price includes:
-expenses for oil and maintenance:
-civil insurance, full automobile insurance;
-full 24-renting period , bulgarian map and break down cover:
-road taxes(vignette)
-replacement of the vehicle in case of a mechanical damage.
The vehicle is full insured BUT Bulgarian insurance does NOT cover damage to wheels,tyres,exhaust systems or the underneath of the vehicle caused by poor road conditions. The hirer must pay for any damage of this type
If you should have an accident do NOT move the car. Call the Police and wait for them to arrive and give you instructions and call us on +359 886 018000. If you move the car before the Police arrive the insurers will not meet any claim for damage or injury and it becomes the hirers responsibility.

Chauffeurs provided against additional payment of 15 euro per day -8 hours
